Project Details

A highly complex project working alongside developer and leading UK supermarket provider to design and construct Private residential accommodation above existing shops which remained open throughout the construction phase as a requirement of the brief. This was the first project of its kind involving this supermarket provider whereby the store remained open throughout the entirety of the demolition and build of the residential project above.

The scheme comprised 3 storeys of new accommodation to provide 27 new apartments built over several existing shops at GF level with an additional plot built for Harrow Council providing 3 affordable housing units.
